Commercial Fisherman Case has settled
Lumpkin & Reeves recently settled a case for 1.6 million dollars involving a man who suffered skull fracture and spinal injuries that occurred when a worn cable on a fishing boat broke causing a boom to fall and strike him in the head. The money will assist the man with future medical needs and for loss of wages that he has and will continue to suffer in the future because he is unable to return to his work or any other physical activites.
