Injured child case has settled
Lumpkin & Reeves recently recovered three million dollars on behalf of a baby who was born with cerebral palsy as a result of medical negligence. The baby suffered brain damage as a result of being deprived of oxygen during birth. The money will assist the family in caring for the child whos injuries were profound and permanent.
