Recent Recovery on Behalf of an Offshore Oil Worker
Lumpkin & Reeves recently settled a large case for an offshore worker who was injured on November 16, 2004 while working as a floor hand at Ensco. He sustained injuries to the lumbar spine, pelvis and left humerus. The recovery will help him support his family and replace the wages he would have earned before the accident.
