Local Policeman's Case Resolved
Lumpkin & Reeves recently settled a case on behalf of an injured local policeman who was shocked while making his rounds to insure that the business was secured at night. The business (a local bank) had recently had a building installed for its automated teller. The building was improperly wired causing the door to be electrified. When the officer attempted to open the door, he was severely shocked resulting in permanent injuries. The case was settled for a confidential amount.
