Settlement reached in Tire and SUV Case
Lumpkin & Reeves recently settled a case for 1.7 million dollars where a 14 year old girl was killed as a result of a tire defect in an SUV rollover. Although the young lady was restrained by a seat belt she was ejected from the vehicle and killed.
